Standard Delivery 

All orders within Australia are dispatched by the following business day via Australia Post using an express post service . The fee is a flat rate of $15

Delivery to most addresses can be expected within 1-4 business days from dispatch of order .

International orders are dispatched the following day via Australia Post standard international shipping service . The postage fee is a flat rate $49.00




Prestige Delivery

Customers within 10km of Melbourne CBD* area are eligible to checkout with our Prestige delivery service for a flat rate of $25. Orders must be placed before 11am, Monday to Friday to receive delivery on the same date. Orders placed outside of this time will receive the order on the next business day.  All garments will be delivered on a padded cotton hanger, ready to hang straight into your wardrobe or wear that day. You will be advised on an approximate time for delivery by email .

International Delivery

International deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $49 and have an expected delivery window of 4-10 working days for most cities.

Our shipments do not cover any customs duties or taxes which are at the receivers expense. Please check with your relevant customs authority for further information regarding this.

In accordance with Australian export regulations demi ds are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Tracking Your Order 

All orders will receive a unique tracking number sent via shipping confirmation email. Progress of the delivery can be monitored using the tracking number and/or link in the email confirmation. All deliveries are made via registered courier and will require signature on delivery. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes, then the customer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.



demi ds can facilitate refunds, credit notes or exchanges, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unworn, and in its original condition  .

All sale items are non returnable .

All refund and exchange requests are to be sent to and returns made within 14 days of purchase. Return postage, including costs, is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending via trackable registered post. Please ensure the packaging is secure as demi ds cannot cover items damaged in return transit.


Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of each of our demi ds garments. If you are concerned about any possible faulty items please contact us at so that we can arrange for the garment to be inspected.

Faulty garments will need to be returned in an otherwise original condition.

Once we have received the garment we will assess for any fault and reserve the right to repair or replace. If it is not possible to do this on our part then a full refund or credit will be issued.

Garments damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or incorrectly washed are not considered by us to be faulty.
