Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
demi ds can facilitate refunds, credit notes or exchanges, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original condition and packaging.
All sale items are non returnable .
All refund and exchange requests and enquiries are to be made to info@demidsmelbourne.com within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the packaging is secure as demi ds cannot cover items damaged in return transit.
Credit Notes
If credit notes are to be issued it will be excluding any postage costs incurred by the customer. Credit notes will be sent by email once your return has been processed and will then be available to be used immediately on our online store
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a garment you must first return the original item, at your own cost, within 7 days of demi ds approving your request. We will then send the exchanged garment if available, at our cost.
Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received, demi ds will process refunds back to the original method of payment within 5 days of receipt.
